Kaua’i Mana
While in Kaua’i decades ago,
at a special ancient Hawaiian spiritual energy seminar ( yes, we have been doing this stuff for decades), we were told by a Hawaiian woman whom we brought from Lihue to the North Shore in Haena ( Roughly an hour drive 1 way) where we were staying and I made her lunch/dinner for her and drove her all the way back to Lihue. Upon the drive back to the hotel, she said we are what the Founder of the organization would consider Helena and I “True” Hawaiians for all our actions of love that we show not only to her, but all that we encounter.
A bit later, something shifted for those very people and they stopped talking to us and well, I will leave it at that….us?
We still fully commit to the power of love and humor and always will, why? Because despite of many saying they “know themselves”…they get pulled off track without ever seeing the snake like deceptions that slowly and slightly alter the course of a persons destiny until they are swimming in a reality pond that they were pushed into.
Helena and I ?
We stand together, unmovable…..focused on the tasks at hand and still…….true Hawaiians.
Which reminds me of a funny story about seeing a very famous Hawaiian singer in NYC years ago.
We drove from Massachusetts to see him and drove all the way back to Boston the same night to get to work the next morning.
As the show ended, his Tutu ( Grandmother) stood up and began to walk out. She came up the isle, looked in my eyes and I let her pass me, she did so, walked for about 30 paces, stopped, turned around and came back down the isle and put her hand on my cheek and said “ Keep doing what your doing”…..
I said “How do you know?”….she smiled and said, “Honey….I am Hawaiian.”
So this is just a quick blog to say “ ALL of this this is real”
