Studio's Policies & Guidelines
Arrival
For your convenience we recommend that you book all of your classes , seminars and personal training sessions online. We also offer scheduling of classes and seminars by phone @ 617.867.6500 and personal training @ 617.266.0200. It is always our pleasure to accommodate walk-ins when space is available.
Cancellations
To ensure classes , seminars and personal training sessions are available to those who wish to attend, our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notification. Notice given within 24 hours of the scheduled class, seminar or personal training session will result in payment even if you cannot attend. Notification given 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled class, seminar or personal training session will result in a credit to your account. To cancel please visit your Life in Synergy® mysynergy page or call the reception desk at 617.867.6500 to cancel classes and seminars or Synergistics Personal Training Studio @ 617.266.0200 to cancel a personal training session.
Cellular Phones
To preserve the atmosphere of our studios we kindly ask clients to limit cell phone use to the lounge and reception areas. Cell phones are not permitted in the studios at any time.
Changing Areas
For your convenience Life in Synergy Studios and Synergistics Personal Training Studio offer fully-appointed men's and women's locker rooms with showers. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items and suggest you leave valuables at home or use our complimentary lockers, please bring your own lock.
Classes
Classes and personal training sessions are one hour in length unless otherwise noted. Classes and teachers are subject to change. The first free group class offer is for Massachusetts residents and students only and is not transferrable and may not be combined with any other offers. A valid form of ID is required.

Payment, Pricing & Refunds
Life in Synergy, Inc. accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. MA sales tax of 6.25% will be charged when required. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes can be purchased for $15 individually or $120 for a set of 10. All class sales are final. Personal Training session can be purchased for $90 individually or $850 for a group of 10. No refunds or exchanges apply.
Service Requirements
To attend our regularly scheduled classes all clients must be 16 years or older. There is no daycare provided at either studio.
All first time clients must sign the Life in Synergy® Studio Disclaimer.
