Lenny
Lenny entered onto the Pilates scene five years ago and was immediately hooked. His passion for a workout that energizes, strengthens and lengthens inspired him to become a Pilates Instructor. Currently, Lenny is training in the Balanced Body Method. This evolving method encourages permission, imagination, and variety to create an effective workout. Through continual self practice, observation and education, Lenny works hard to bring clients a challenging and empowering workout that will make you sweat (and laugh amidst his humor and goofiness).
