You should definitely try this class! It's so fun to find out which song you are doing. We did Michael Jackson's "They don't care about us". We felt as we are dancer team.
If you want more than "exercise" but a REAL DANCE, Mai is the BEST!!?You will have so much fun even after the class, at home watching youtube to review the coreography.

This was my first class at Life in Synergy and it was great! Music, instructor, and atmosphere were pleasant. The workout didn't feel like work; it was fun. I'll definitely be back!
