I took Butt's & Gut's for the first time and what a workout! I'm so sore today, but in all the right places! The class was so much fun and taught very well!

Liz's class kicks butt, literally!! She offers an amazing workout, and you get results you can see and feel. The ab workouts are the best i've done, and Liz is great with making sure you have the correct form to really target your muscles and work them most effectively. The morning class is a great way to start the day!!
