Yoga Basics
Whether you are brand new to yoga and looking for a place to start or a seasoned yogi looking to explore the essentials at a deeper level this is the class for you! Yoga Basics features a flow of yoga asanas with emphasis placed on mindfulness, breath control and working at your own pace. Taking time for each movement and moment, you will learn to listen to your body, come to understand the purpose of each pose and actually have some fun in the process.

This class is great, I only wish that JoEllen taught even more yoga classes during the week! Her sunday class was the first yoga class I had ever taken and I feel instantly hooked.

jo ellen is like the soothing kindergarten teacher you'll always adore, gently encouraging you to always keep reaching from your head to your tippy toes :D

This was the first-ever yoga class I've taken where I actually felt I was getting the most out of my poses. I felt like I was finally watching my form and getting it. JoEllen is an excellent instructor.
