Cheer Fit Half-time Dance!

08:00 PM - 09:00 PM with Tanya in the Fire & Earth Room

Do you want to move like a Patriots Cheerleader? Then this is the class for you! Learn to shake, saunter and strut with the best! The choreography is kept simple and the energy is kept high to get you into maximum calorie-burning mode. Not to mention some hair tossing and the most fun workout you have ever had!

Tanya is a great instructor. I had a lot of fun during her class. You learn a dance by 8 counts and perform for eachother toward the end.

Cheer Fit is one of the best workouts I've ever had and its definitely the most enjoyable! Tanya's dances are always fun and high energy. An added bonus: the kicks at the end are an amazing ab workout.

I love this class! I go almost every week because it is such a fun way to spend an hour and a GREAT work out! Plus Tanya is an amazing instructor.

Tried it for the first time tonight. More than anything, it makes me wish I was a better dancer (of course, so did Bollywood night)! But it's definitely a good time and something I will take again in the near future.

This class is AMAZING! Not only do you get an upbeat dance routine, but Tanya gives you an amazing workout with her killer 4-3-2-1 leg kicks! You're working out and getting fit without realizing it, and this class is great for anyone who had ever secretly dreamed of being a cheerleader (aka me). I danced in college and this class is great for easing my way back into it. TAKE THIS CLASS!

Could there possibly be a dance boot camp class?

Tanya is amazing! This class is so much fun, and great cardio :) You don't have to be good at picking up dance either...Tanya makes it really easy and fun :)

This is my favorite thing about Mondays! The choreography is complicated enough to be interesting without being so hard that you can't pick it up. Tanya is fabulous! Besides being tons of fun, all the level changes and the kicks make it a great workout. I wish there was another 7pm class on Wed or Thurs because I would come twice a week.
