SFM® Flow

SFM® Flow incorporates elements of yoga including stretching, breath control and mindful relaxation with super-effective strengthening moves to give you a workout that is powerful, relaxing and restoring. Based on Helena Collins multi-award-winning Synergistics Fitness Method® principles, SFM® Flow is a step ahead.

I just tried this class the other day and it was an awesome work out. It blended yoga and SFM exercises seamlessly, which turned into a great workout (aka. I'm sore today and still feel great!) There are muscles in my arms that are sore today that I didn't even know existed! Thanks JoEllen! I'll be back again!

Great way to start the day!! This class is a fabulous blend of traditional yoga moves and the signature SFM exercises. Coupled with JoEllen's calm and encouraging teaching style, this makes for a class that is both relaxing and challenging. I've already signed up for the next class!

LOVE this class! JoEllen expertly and seamlessly blends elements of Yoga with SFM. Her calming demeanor puts you at ease while you sweat doing intense moves that work just about every muscle group. I leave the class feeling stronger yet relaxed. I will definitely be a regular at SFM Flow!
