this class is so much fun. Mai teaches the same dance for 3 weeks in a row so you can join in any time and if you can't get it the first time, you have 2 more chances :) The songs are fun and the dances really aren't that hard. Mai laughs with you the whole time. Such a great class!

This was my first class at life in synergy and I had such a blast! The instructor was patient and upbeat, I left with a healthy sweat on and a huge smile on my face. Can't wait to attend another class!
