Me and my Pedometer :)

I LOVE my pedometer! I was thinking last night as I walked around my quiet house hearing the click-click of the bead inside registering every step that I took, that my pedometer is like modern day cowboy spurs. Just like his spurs identified the arrival of a gun-slinging cowboy my pedometer identifies me as a woman of action and movement. Blazing my trail towards health and a smaller butt:) I cannot tell you how much I enjoy looking down throughout the day to see how many steps I have taken or competing with my staff to see who is ahead for the day (Liz is always ahead of me). The best thing about my pedometer is that is reinforces that I am exercising throughout my day, staying active and moving and living my life in Synergy!

Last week's tragedy in Haiti really brought into focus the need for us to all act as a community in Synergy, to help and support each other! I invite you to join me and the Life in Synergy team in our ongoing effort to support our local community as well as our world community. Please visit our Giving Back page to get involved in some of our favorite local organizations! If you have not made a donation to help those in crisis in Haiti, we are supporting Unicef , do make a donation of $10 all you need to do is text UNICEF to 20222, help the future of Haiti, the children.

I love this time of year, every ridiculous new weight loss, ab burning, body killing workout comes out, telling you how easy it is to achieve the body of the model on the TV as long as you never eat real food again, or maybe try this easy to follow workout (only 2 hours every day) or this exciting new supplement......
