Flexible Spine leads to a Flat Stomach

What most people do not realize is that the function of the abdominal muscles is to flex the lumbar (lower back) spine. I just wanted to let you all know that Life in Synergy will be on Chronicle tonight! They will be  featuring  the studio as a great place to go to for a fun night out!

 (Something most of you already know!) Our fabulous classes of Zumba® and Cheer Fit will be featured!
